1. Any person that is involved with the lottery has the right to buy tickets and win prizes in the lottery.

2. Any family member of the lottery committee has the right to buy tickets and win prizes in the lottery.

3. Previous buyers draw (200 winning tickets) will take place on August 12, 2008: each winning ticket will be awarded an additional free ticket.

4. The early bird draw will take place on September 10, 2008 for the following cash prizes: 1 - $1000, 5 - $500, 15 - $100

These are subsidiary prizes and winning tickets will be replaced into the draw drum after all 21 draws are completed.

5. A second early bird draw will take place on Sept 13, 2008 for a 42" LCD TV

6. The Grand Prize of up to $3,000.00 per week or 37% of gross ticket sales will be drawn on November 10, 2008.

7. Within two weeks of the draw, all winners will be contacted by mail or phone by the Hawks Lottery Committee.

8. There will be only 8,433 tickets printed for sale.

9. In the event that there is more than one name on the winning ticket, the phone number on the winning ticket will be notified It is the responsibility of that person to divide winnings among their group. This is not the responsibility of Nipawin Hawks Lotto Committee.

10. The Grand Prize will be paid out to the winner via weekly auto deposited amounts into the bank account of their choise.

11. Ticket purchase deadline is midnight, November 9, 2008, Grand Prize draw is November 10, 2008.
