My mother is a victim of financial elder abuse by three of my sisters. We live in MN, and I want to find out how to obtain court orders to open up all of their accounts in the casino and banks. My dementia ridden mother cannot intelligibly write anything herself. Her signature is like a scribble. One of several open checkbooks is placed in front of her for her signature whenever going to the casino which is often. She tries her best to write a good signature on her personal check to please them. Then they fill out the check according to their needs. Their purpose is to bring mom to the casino with them under the pretense of her enjoying the gambling environment and thrills while they use her money in various ways after the check is cashed in the casino and put through several of their own personal award gambling account summary cards that build up points to help them reach higher levels of dollar amounts for more free bennies like free beverages, meals, rooms, etc. Please help!
